Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- A description of the issue;
- Photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly by LumaNests.
Order Cancellations
